Tech-1:

Developed enzymatic interesterification reactor for development of structured fats with inbuilt enzyme filter and conditioner.

Tech-2:

Developed continuous mono and di-glycerides reactor for converting ricebran and palm fatty acids into mono and di-glycerides.

Tech-3:

Designed technology and equipment for bio-refining of ricebran oil.

Tech-4:

Designed technology and equipment for color and foam reduction in crude mustard oil.

Tech-5:

Developed process for reduction of pesticide and insecticide traces in refined oils at De-ordorization process.

Tech-6:

Developed process for reducing the melting point of mustard oil that can withstand extreme north Indian conditions, where it is being preferred.

Tech-7:

FFA reduction in ricebran oil upto 5% before de-ordorization process, thereby reducing the fatty acid accumulation.

Tech-8:

Developed process and reactor for manufacturing interesterified Vanaspati without hydrogenation process thereby reducing the Transfats in it.

Tech-9:

Developed process and equipment for high degree fat splitting in palm stearin by enzymatic process for further fractional distillation of stearic acid.

Tech-10:

Developed process and equipment for conversion of high fatty acid material like tallow, acid oil etc. into very low FFA of <0.5% for further Bio-diesel manufacturing.
